Who in their right mind takes a 3-5 hour commute? It should be an hour tops with traffic. I know she's in CA, so most of the commute is traffic, but come the fuck on. Even if she takes a small pay cut for something close, she would be making more just in the amount of gained free time and gas.

She makes dogshit. She's talked about it before but at the end of it all she apparently makes only a bit more than minimum wage. The amount of responsibilities she has at her job is insane cause no one else lasts more than a couple years.

She says there's a specific reason she can't quit, but what it is is unknown.

1.5-2.5 hours each way is plausible if someone works in a high cost of living area and wants to live somewhere cheap that isn't a shit neighborhood. I used to work with a guy who did 1.5 each way. He would get in to work at ~3am and leave around noon. If he'd had a normal schedule I imagine the traffic could have easily added another couple hours.

I assume it's the extreme amount of uncompensated overtime work she does while having a salary makes it equivalent to minimum wage and/or something like they paid for her schooling and it's being subtracted from her pay.

Reminds me of Netflix's vtuber a few years back, went inactive in 2022 iirc.
