Well we know Tomer got punted out of Idol staff. While he's only one person, he could've been doing a lot of stuff behind the scenes. Start-ups and small corps can sometimes have people be singular linchpins holding the whole thing together. I've known someone who got fed up with their workload at a small company and leave, with the company needing to hire four people to fill the gap that person had previously filled.
