The recent TGS Rust event also saw Michiru make an impression among fleshtubers and other chuubas too. She even got another girl for her harem, as is shown in this high-effort clip that @hylic does not get enough recognition for.

If fish wanted to do an Idol group he does have a number of kpop trainees in gen 2 with Shiina/Airi/Rie and then some more traditional idol fans with Lia and Clara. I'm not really sure how much actual idol work Lia is interested in or if Pippa or Jelly would be into as well. Eimi also seems fairly good at asian language songs but don't know if she's big on dancing or idol stuff. Seems like Sakana could easily make something legit, he seems to have tried with Alure, if he wanted to.
Lia is an idol autist in the vein of Pomu and Kiara, dancing included. She's done a lot of idol outfit cosplay as well. Lia and Pomu also knew eachother from their past in cosplaying.
Not sure if that gives you the answer you wanted regarding her, but I would say she's very into it.

I actually beg to differ. Uruka's content doesn't put her at a disadvantage at all. Her violin streams have always had outsized viewership, and the fact that more people watch now than ever means they remain a strong draw as the agency gains more general attention. It also helps that Uruka loves the absolutely cursed stream that brings out the spectacle tourists. So she has two very strong types of content which both succeeded before the recent company incline.
Moreover, Phase is in a place where off hours have the small mitigating factor of lower chance of overlap. Phase right now has a large pool of shared viewers. Streaming in a still-viewable timeslot outside of primetime overlap hell tends to do slightly better in single stream viewership than streaming in a good timeslot under overlap. Even better if a late slot can absorb raids. I wouldn't call it an advantage, so much as you can obviously see the effect of overlap on the primetime streamers by looking at the few days there isn't primetime overlap.
Maybe the guardian angel here is that these factors all come together to boost Uruka, but I think most of that is on her content choices being actually good.
Runie buries it under the One Piece and anime autism but she is also a pretty big time jp idol fan. She also said she wanted 3d so she could show her dancing skills, and Runie is the first person to downplay her own skills so anything she feels confident enough to brag about is probably real.
The rising tide lifts all boats. You've got a bunch of new viewers from the Gen 3 debuts, and the highest-subbed talents like Pippa, Lia and Tenma are still growing and gaining new viewers. The new people that are coming into contact with Phase Connect are going to try out the other talents, and some of them are going to find the seiso bear suits their viewing tastes enough to support her. There doesn't need to be any real complex explanation for this one.
I don't particularly care much for Roza but for her sake I hope she knows what she's walking into here. No doubt he wants to use her as a pawn to start shit.
One of the amazing things about Gen 3 is that they stabilized at high 3/low 4-view from the get-go, which would ordinarily be a long-term goal for a small-corpo vtuber. Phase now has real brand value.

I still remember when some girls couldn't get past like 300 viewers but now they have on average at least 400-600 at any given time. Clara streaming at ass o clock still gets like a thousand people. Gen3 brought in a lot of eyes I may not be a big Gen3 fan but whatever fishman did marketing wise worked because it brought a lot of people and many seem to have stuck around.
