Do fleshtubers count? Because Northernlion is a big oshi for quite a few vtubers. I know Fauna, Altare, Vesper and Hinabobina have stated how much they enjoy watching him.

Lumi's oshi is Suisei. Don't think she's ever done anything musically related to her. Lumi has said that she thinks Jelly is her EN oshi. Obviously, they collab a lot and Jelly has done some work on some Lumi music, but surprisingly, they haven't done a song together. Hopefully they will some day.

Not oshis, but some more I know:

Panko's oshi is Korone. Kiara is her EN oshi.
Rie is a big fan of a lot of different Holos like Aqua and Suisei, but her kamioshi is Towa.
Uruka's oshi is Marine
Nasa's oshi was Rushia. Not sure about now.
Hina's oshi is Pippa, I think.
Leaflit once called Pippa her oshi in a Twitter reply.

Since I was at it, I wanted to add:

Akai Haato was Cocos Oshi, or at least motivation to join Hololive.

During her time there, Coco in turn became Haachamas Oshi (and mentor)

I remember a clip like that, they talked about it during the Christmas Party at the Kanacoco house (I think Rushia was there too) but I can't find the clip because Youtube search is awful these days
